1. Einleitung

We’ve successfully completed the second phase of aligning the Lumen EMEA and Colt product and solution portfolios. This convergence brings you the best of both worlds, combining strengths from each portfolio to deliver a more streamlined experience.

MSS Premises Firewall remains within the broad offering of Colt’s cyber security products within the converged portfolio, but will experience a name change. MSS Premises Firewall will become Managed Firewall Service (MFS).

The MFS service will continue to provide a simple to deploy, fully managed Firewall service. For a fixed monthly amount. Colt will manage the service for you in any locations it has been deployed for the duration of the contract.

2. Was bedeutet das für Sie?

You will stop using Lumen SSP to view Firewall logs and policy. This will be replaced by access to the Firewall vendors own portal toolsets. This will enhance your ability to view configs and run reports on your collected log data.

You will see the product name change on your invoice.

Wird sich das Geschäftsmodell mit der Produktkonvergenz ändern?

Das Geschäftsmodell unterscheidet sich nicht von dem von Lumen EMEA. Ihr Account-Team steht Ihnen weiterhin zur Verfügung, um Sie bei Änderungen an Ihrem Dienst zu unterstützen, die Sie nicht über die Selbstbedienungsfunktionen in den Portalen verwalten können.

Colt Online ist das Self-Service-Kundenportal (entspricht dem Lumen EMEA Control Center), über das Sie Ihre Dienste verwalten können, sobald Sie entweder ein converged Produkt erworben haben oder vollständig auf die Colt migriert wurden.
