1. Introduction

As part of the integration of our business, we are migrating Managed Hosting and Cloud Solutions customers from Lumen systems to Colt systems. This change ensures streamlined service management and alignment with Colt’s processes.

2. What does this mean for you?

Your services will continue to operate as they do today until the end-of-life date previously communicated to you in the official notice

There will be no technical changes to your services during migration.

There will be no service disruption or downtime during this transition

What changes following the migration?

Billing and invoice lookup will move to Colt Online, Colt’s self-service portal.

What does not change following the migration?

You will continue to use the Managed Hosting Portal for all existing functionalities.

Yor support process remains unchanged - same service desk, ticketing and escalation paths.

The commercial model remains the same until the end-of-life date
