Operator Connect for Resellers

For Reservation,

1. the reseller must choose a Local Area Code (LAC) and the amount of DDIs needed (Block size and quantity)*
2. Click on Provide Numbers
3. Numbers will appear on the right side of the page
4. Validate your selection

*For more flexibility, we recommend ordering small ranges.

Review your orders by clicking on the Quick links menu at the top right

• By ID: use My Orders
• By DDI:  use My Telephone Numbers

All DDI are automatically reserved for 90 days. After the 90 days, the resellers must Extend the reservation if not the range of DDI will be unassigned.

To see the date of expiration go to "My Telephone Numbers", in the fourth column, the expiration date is available

Use the tree dots and click on Extend reservation

Use the "Quick links" menu to open right to access the reservation page

Find here a Menu to access your list of orders and all the DDI reserved by range in "My telephone Numbers"

In the Quick Actions menu, select “Porting” and complete the request form.

Once portability is completed, you will be able to see the range in the portal.

Proceed to add users as needed.
