はじめに
事業統合の一環として、Colt Lumen EMEAの製品ポートフォリオを整合させ、お客様に最高のサービスと合理化されたサービスを提供できるよう努力しています。この統合の一環として、Colt新しいサービスとの接し方に変更が生じます。新しい顧客体験の詳細についてはこちらをクリックしてください。
1.波
当社製品の統合の一環として、Colt Waveを開始します。Lumen EMEA Waveの全顧客はColt Waveサービスに移行します。
2.次世代SIP
当社製品の統合の一環として、次世代SIP（NGSIP）製品はColt スタックのColt SIPのサブ製品としてポートフォリオに残ります。
3.ボイス・コンプリート・テレフォニー
当社製品の統合の一環として、ボイス・コンプリート・テレフォニー（VCT）はColt なります。
4.イーサネット
IQNetのイーサネット・プラットフォームを利用することで、メトロ、ナショナル、インターナショナルを問わず、安全でコスト効率に優れたシンプルな方法でお客様の拠点を接続することができますrange
5. IP Access
We’ve successfully completed the second phase of aligning the Lumen EMEA and Colt product and solution portfolios. In support of this, all Lumen EMEA Internet Access customers will transition to the Colt Internet Access product suite.
6. IP Transit
IP Transit is a service that allows your network to access the global internet through a high-performance, dedicated connection. IP Transit provides full routing table access and the ability to announce your own IP prefixes.
7. Colocation
Colocation is a new standard product being introduced into the Core portfolio. While this product is new to the Core business, it has been previously offered within the Neo EMEA infrastructure. Following the acquisition, the existing Neo EMEA Colo product has been adopted as the baseline.
8. Dark Fibre
Dark Fibre is a standard product for Colt already and the characteristics of the Lumen product are very similar to the Colt product. Going forward we will therefore use the Colt product for all new Dark Fibre sales on the combined Colt and Lumen fibre assets.
9. IP VPN
We’ve successfully completed the second phase of aligning the Lumen EMEA and Colt product and solution portfolios. In support of this effort, all Lumen EMEA IPVPN customers will transition to the Colt IPVPN product suite.
10. MSS Premises Firewall
MSS Premises Firewall remains within the broad offering of Colt’s cyber security products within the converged portfolio, but will experience a name change. MSS Premises Firewall will become Managed Firewall Service (MFS).
