Voice Config Order Portal Overview

The Voice Config order portal allows you to directly enter technical information for new SIP Trunking, Voice Line (v) and Number Hosting orders.

Voice Config Order Portal can be accessed by customer via

  • Link in customer notification OR
  • Order Management Portal which is embedded in Colt Online

How to access Voice Config Order Portal Via Customer Notification

  • The order contact receives an email notification informing that their order has been received and they can enter review and update technical information via the portal
  • By following the link provided for Voice Config Order Portal they land on Colt Online Login page and enter User ID & Password
  • After logging in you will reach the related order on Voice Config Order Portal

How to access Voice Config Order Portal Via Colt Online (COL)

  • Login to Colt Online & Navigate to Order Management Portal
  • Search for your order, select and click on View Order
  • Click on link provided in Estimated Delivery Section
  • Enter details on Voice Config Order Portal
