I see some requests with the status in progress what does this mean It means that your request is submitted but still pending to be processed. The status will change to Completed once your request is fully processed in our systems. An email notification will be sent once the request is completed.

Can someone see the changes I have requested online Yes, changes submitted online are shared in “My account Request(s)” section. Other users that have access to your company account will be able to view all requested changes.
