1. Introduction
As part of the integration of our business, we are working hard to align the Colt and Lumen EMEA product portfolio, to provide you with the best possible offering and streamlined service.
In support of this effort, Voice Complete Telephony (VCT) will become Colt Cloud Communications.
The Voice Complete Telephony (VCT) service will continue to provide a simple to deploy, flexible and easy to manage communications solution which has low CAPEX and is PSN certified. There will be no change in the available VCT features you would have experienced with Lumen EMEA, but the name will change to Colt Cloud Communications.
2. What does this mean for you?
The way you interact with Colt and manage your services will change following the purchase of a newly converged product.
What is different about the new converged product?
There is no change in the VCT features you had with Lumen EMEA, but the name will change to Colt Cloud Communications.
Will the commercial model change with the product convergence?
There are no differences in the commercial model compared to Lumen EMEA. Your account team will remain available to support with any changes to your service that you are unable to manage through the self-serve functionality in the portals.
3. Product information
Based on open standards, VCT is a high availability Enterprise Grade hosted communications solution.
It provides a robust telephony foundation that gives customers the ability to adopt telephony as the “business critical application” but with the ability to evolve into a full unified communications experience natively through the VCT Enterprise collaboration suite, in a way and time that suits their business.
Secure, high availability Enterprise Grade telephony with full PBX features are offered as standard with our VCT offering. The product can be provided across any IPVPN, and/or over the internet and can be used seamlessly at any location on any device - a fixed handset, desktop PC, mobile phone, or tablet.
