This guide has been created to provide additional support for our migrating customers from Lumen EMEA support and information as we integrate our systems and align our product portfolio following the acquisition of Lumen EMEA in late 2023. Through these help pages differences in the look and feel of your service experience and support processes will be highlighted as a customer of Colt.
