What is the Diagnostic Toolkit?
The Diagnostic Toolkit contains tools that can be used to assist you with carrying out troubleshooting actions on your service. The list of available capabilities will vary depending on the type of service (Ethernet (point to point) and IP based (IP Access and IPVPN) products) and can be accessed via the Service Details page.
