Modules

Colt has a variety of applications to enable you to view or manage your services. These are gathered under three modules:

  • Voice On Demand
    • Voice On Demand gathers applications related to IN services, CIC (cloud communication solutions powered by MS Teams) and CCaaS.
  • Numbers On Demand
    • Numbers On Demand is available to add and remove phone numbers to wholesale SIP trunking services.
  • SIP On Demand
    • SIP On Demand is under development. You can already find all configuration details of your SIP Trunking, ISDN and Number Hosting services. For SIP Trunking and Voice Line (v), these include phone numbers.

Reporting

  • 'Performance Monitoring' is a service option available for Data services and for Voice SIP Trunking only. SIP Trunking reporting can be found under 'Trunk Group'.
  • For IN Services, 'Active Reports' can be used.
  • Generically, CDRs can be downloaded as raw data on the Billing section of Colt Online. They can be uploaded in the client based 'Call Analyser Tool'.
