As a general rule, all providers of telecommunications services are required to report their revenues and contribute to FUSF, and should register with USAC.
However, exceptions to the reporting and/or contributing obligations may apply – e.g. there is a “de minimis” exception for providers whose revenue reported on with the corresponding FCC is such that the calculated annual contribution to the federal USF is less than $10,000.
It is your company’s responsibility to determine whether it must report its revenues and contribute to FUSF or not.
